ในส่วนของการตรวจสอบประจำปีนั้น
- รถขนส่งทุกคันจะต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบสภาพของรถขนส่งประจำปี เพื่อให้รถขนส่งทุกคันอยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมวิ่งงานและยังคงมีอุปกรณ์เซฟตี้ครบถ้วน
- พนักงานขับรถทุกคนจะต้องผ่านการอบรมประจำปี เพื่อชี้แจงข้อมูลปัญหาต่างๆในปีที่ผ่านมาพร้อมทั้งพูดคุยหาแนวทางป้องกันร่วมกัน และรับทราบนโยบายใหม่จากทางผู้บริหาร
